Full refund for cancellations made within 48 hours of booking, if the check-in date is at least 14 days away. 50% refund for cancellations made at least 7 days before check-in. No refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of check-in.
The Bungalow – Memphis
We do allow dogs with a $150 nonrefundable pet cleaning fee. We do ask that the dogs are not allowed on the beds or the furniture, and if you leave them alone at the home that you please crate them.

Each bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, a blow dryer, and plenty of fresh towels.
We have on hand extra cleaning supplies and laundry detergent for your convenience.
If you need anything else during your stay, please do not hesitate to ask!
If your property offers an EV charger, you must notify Three Sisters Vacation Homes in advance of your desire to utilize the EV charger, and a $20.00 per day fee will be added to the cost of your reservation.
